All: There is not a cutoff for prefishing the STQT since it's out of state, you can fish right up to the day before the event. See the attached map for off limits areas. The entire inland sea is off limits, this is everything shaded in red on the map. Additionally, all of the Canadian waters are off limits. This leaves lots of water to fish and requires us to only need a New York fishing license.
