NEPVA/AEBA Lake Winnipesaukee Bass Tournament

At Camp Robindel, September 12, 2009, Moultonboro, NH

Lake Winnie Participants:

PLEASE either call or email Tiny LaFontaine (tiny@nepva.org 1.781.935.2480) or Bill Decoteau (bassinwdec@aol.com 1.413.566.3961) with the number of additional people attending with you. The increase growth of our Bass Trail has made it imperative that we know ahead of time an approximate number of attendees so that we might properly provide both housing and food for everyone. Thank you.

Schedule:

Plan to arrive Friday between 1:00pm before 7:00pm. A buffet dinner will be served at 7:00pm.
On Saturday morning breakfast will be served 5:30-7:00am.
Loading of boats will be at 7:00am and tournament fishing starts at 8:00am.
Weigh-in time is 2:00pm. A barbeque lunch will be served at 2:00pm.
Dinner is at 6:00pm
Participants may stay overnight on Saturday night.
Breakfast will be served on Sunday 5-7:00am

Participants must bring all bedding items (sleeping bags, pillows, sheets, blankets) and towels, face cloth, soap, etc. This is a summer camp. You will be sleeping in bunks. You must bring any additional equipment that you need. Please bring your fishing gear if you have it.

What to Bring:

Warm cloths, jacket, rain gear, sweat shirts/pants. NEPVA Anglers Life Jacket if you have one, if not one will be provided for you. Boaters bring an extra life jacket or two if you have them. NEPVA Anglers bring rod/reels tackle if you have them, if not they will be provided. Boaters be sure to have enough rod/reels tackle for your partner if needed.

Bringing rain gear and warm clothing is advisable!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO CAMP ROBINDEL - 603-253-9271/4091

FROM THE NEW YORK CITY AREA take 95 North which becomes the Connecticut Turnpike. Take Exit 48 onto Interstate 91 North towards Hartford. Exit near Hartford onto Route 84 East towards Boston. (As an alternative from the NYC area, take 684N to 84E toward Hartford.) Continue on 84 until Massachusetts Turnpike (90) going East toward Boston. Go to first exit (#10) and take 290 East to Worcester. After 22 miles take 495 North toward Lowell. After about 23 miles take exit 35B onto Route 3N toward the Everett Turnpike, Nashua and Manchester. After 31 miles continue STRAIGHT on Interstate 293 which becomes Interstate 93. Continue on 93 N until Exit 23 (Meredith, New Hampton, Route 104). You are now about 22 miles from camp.

Take 104 East toward Meredith. At the end of 104 (after 10 miles), take a left onto Route 3; go one mile to traffic light in Meredith; take a right onto Route 25 toward Center Harbor (6 miles). Go about 2 miles past the light in Center Harbor and make a right at the traffic light onto Moultonboro Neck Road (Aubuchon Hardware on left, gas station on right corner before turn just after the Matterhorn Motor Lodge). Go about 6 miles and make a left at the Winaukee Road (a left fork about 1 1/2 miles past Jo Jo's Country Store). After one third of a mile, take a left onto the Geneva Point Road (note the Geneva Point Center SIGN). Our entrance is four-tenths of a mile on the left.

THOSE FROM OR FLYING INTO BOSTON OR MANCHESTER, NH take 93N to Exit 23 (Route 104) and follow the above paragraph.

FROM THE PORTLAND, MAINE AREA take 25 West to the intersection of 16 and 25 (about 7 miles after crossing into NH). Take a right on 16N and 25 and go 7 miles toward West Ossipee and North Conway. Make a left onto 25W toward Moultonboro and Meredith. Go about 13 miles (2 miles past Moultonboro) and make a left at the traffic light onto Moultonboro Neck Road (Aubuchon Hardware on right, gas station on far-left corner). Go about 6 miles and make a left at the Winaukee Road (a left fork about 1 1/2 miles past Jo Jo's Country Store). After one third of a mile, take a left onto the Geneva Point Road (note the Geneva Point Center SIGN). Our entrance is four-tenths of a mile on the left.

FROM 302 IN MAINE take 302 West through Naples, Bridgton, Fryeburg (in Maine), toward North Conway, NH. Just after Center Conway, continue straight on 113 toward Conway. After 3 miles, 113 becomes 16 South. Continue for 17 miles on Route 16 to West Ossipee. Make a right onto 25W toward Moultonboro and Meredith. Go about 13 miles (2 miles past Moultonboro) and make a left at the traffic light onto Moultonboro Neck Road (Aubuchon Hardware on right, gas station on far left corner). Go about 6 miles and make a left at the Winaukee Road (a left fork about 1 1/2 miles past Jo Jo's Country Store). After one third of a mile, take a left onto the Geneva Point Road (note the Geneva Point Center SIGN). Our entrance is four-tenths of a mile on the left.
